蒸蔬菜牛肉卷 Steamed Beef Rolls

Ingredients:

Bean Spouts ------------- 80 g
Beef Slices --------------- 8 Slices
Chinese Chive ---------- 7 Stalks
Carrot ----------------------- 1/3 Pcs
Black Pepper Crush - A Few
Salt -------------------------- A Few

Sesame Sauce Ingredients:

Toasted Sesame - -------1 Tbsp
Mayonnaise --------------- 1 Tbsp
White Vinegar ------------ 1 tsp
Sugar ------------------------- 1/2 tsp
Sesame Oil ---------------- 1/2 tsp
Japanese Soy Sauce - 1/2 tsp

Preparation:

1. Seasoning the beef slices with salt and black pepper.

2. Arrange the Chinese chive, bean spouts and carrots on the top of beef slices.

3. Roll The beef roll firmly and make sure the open end facing downward.

4. Steam on high heat for 3 minutes.

【蒸蔬菜牛肉卷】

材料:-
芽菜.......................80g
火鍋牛肉片............8片
韭菜(切段)............7棵
甘筍(切絲)............1/3條
黑胡椒碎................少許
鹽.......................... 少許

做法:-
1. 火鍋牛肉片下少許黑胡椒碎、鹽作調味,將韭菜、芽菜、甘筍絲放在牛肉片上,然後捲起來,封口向下。
2. 大火蒸三分鐘便可,完成後沾芝麻醬同吃。

芝麻醬汁材料:-
已烤白芝麻.............1湯匙
蛋黃醬/美奶滋........1湯匙
白醋........................1茶匙
白糖........................1/2茶匙
芝麻油....................1/2茶匙
日式醬油................1/2茶匙

做法:-
將已烤白芝麻磨至幼細,然後把所有芝麻醬汁材料混合拌勻便可。
